GetUberTips (getubertips.com) is operated by Archis Academy LLC, based in Orlando, FL. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why we collect it, and how it's used.

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit in that form: your first name, email address, phone number, city, and your current weekly tip range. We use this to:

• Reserve your spot and notify you when the course launches
• Send occasional email updates related to the course and the waitlist
• Follow up by phone or text if you've asked us to
• Understand, in aggregate, where our waitlist is coming from

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics scripts load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page.

Google Analytics may set its own cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid) to distinguish visitors and sessions. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

How we send email

Waitlist confirmation and course-launch emails are sent through Mailgun, our email delivery provider. Mailgun processes your email address solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Data storage

Waitlist submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase), accessible only to the GetUberTips team. We keep this data for as long as your waitlist entry is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@getubertips.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
